After not getting the start, she wanted in both the race on Saturday, Richardson’s start in the final was better at the last, giving her to shave 0.16 seconds off her time and make her status strong as a one of the maincontenders for the gold medal in August.
Melissa Jefferson will be joining Richardson in Paris, she finished in 10.80 seconds, and Twanisha Terry, who times 10.89 seconds, narrowly holding off Tamari Davis (10.91 seconds) to fulfill her Olympic dream.
