How to Summon Endgame Bosses in Diablo 4

Diablo 4 has come up with five new endgame bosses as of Season 2, now permanently part of the game as of Season 3. Each boss requires players to leverage their elemental resistances to win.

Summoning Echo of Varshan

Echo of Varshan can be summoned on both World Tier 3 and World Tier 4, each with different requirements.

World Tier 3: Obtain Malignant Body Parts from Grotesque Debtors from Whisper Caches. Acquire Whisper Caches by giving 10 Grim Favors to the Tree of Whispers.

World Tier 4: In addition to Malignant Body Parts, you need a Malignant Heart.

Grigoire is in World Tier 3 and World Tier 4, with a focus on Lightning resistance.

To summon Grigoire, gather Living Steel from Tortured Offerings in Helltides, accessible once you reach World Tier 3.

The Beast in Ice is a World Tier 4 boss with an Ice element, which requires high Ice resistance.

To summon the Beast in Ice, collect Distilled Fear from Tier 30 or higher Nightmare Dungeons. Then, craft a Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil with an Occultist.

Duriel can be encountered on World Tier 4 and requires substantial Poison resistance.

To challenge Duriel, collect Mucus-slick Eggs and Shards of Agony from Echo of Varshan and Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint. After obtaining enough items, summon Duriel to access Uber Unique items.
