In 2021, he suffered a calf injury during the Browns’ loss against the Chargers. In January 3, 2022 Chubb played through a rib injury during the week 17 loss to Steelers, which led to Chest Rib Sprain.
Chubb went through a season-ending left knee injury during Week2 vs. the Steelers in 2023. He also underwent surgery to repair his MCL and meniscus.
This was done because a subsequent surgery to repair his ACL was important. Therefore, from 2023 Chubb has taken important steps during his rehab process.

To save their depth, the Browns added running backs Nyheim Hines and D’Onta Foreman during free agency. Additionally, they have got Jerome Ford, Pierre Strong Jr., and John Kelly Jr. under contract.
