Who is Mercedes Mone?
Mercedes Justine Kaestner-Varnado is an American professional wrestler, who is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW). She is one of the best female wrestlers in the world, known for her attitude, luxurious and glamorous look on the screen.
Currently she is 32 years old and married to Sarath Ton. She is popularly known for her time in WWE, where she used to perform with the ring name Sasha Banks. During the development of the brand NXT, Mercedes won her first championship, the NXT Women’s Championship.
After being promoted to roster, she became the five-time Raw Women’s Champion, a one-time Smack Down Women’s Champion and a three-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion (with the two different partners).
After winning the Smack Down Women’s Championship in October 2020, she went on becoming the fourth Women’s Triple Crown and the third Women’s Grand Slam Champion.
Before coming to WWE in 2012, Mercedes went on competing the independent circuit. After signing with WWE, she got the place in the developmental territory NXT.
Then She and her co-wrestlers who are also her close friends – Bayley, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch, together known as the Four Horsewomen of Wrestling.

From last few days Mercedes Mone has been dropping number of hints, whose ring name in the WWE was Sasha Banks, and now she has given another hint by uploading a new video featuring a specific song.
In the latest Instagram post, we can see that Mercedes Mone is posing for numerous photos during a photoshoot for her AEW persona. But the background music that was chosen for the reel was “U My Everything” by Sexyy Red featuring Drake.
Nowadays Sexyy Red is related with NXT, leading the fans to assume that she might give a surprise appearance at the PLE on June 9th. If this is the case then there are chances of seeing Mercedes Mone’s comeback to her previous workspace with her former ring name, Sasha Banks.
According to some of the podcasters this could be a way for her career, given the multiple and mixed reviews her AEW tenure has received.
